The Maye of Ile- Ife, Dr Ramon Adedoyin has warned Ife youths against taking short cut or dubious means to attain success.
In an interview with Ife City News on Tuesday, Maye advised the youths that wealth acquired through hardwork, dedication and fear of God is the sweetest, sustaining and the best.
According to him, to achieve success and greatness, youths must be energetic, determine and must live a legacy that would be emulated.
In apparent reaction to the millions of cash, roofing sheet and other materials that he donated in the aftermath of Ile Ife communal clash, Adedoyin said he was moved to do what he did because of his belief in the human capital development and his desire to leave a legacy that would be emulated.
He called on all Ife youths to work hard and get the country out of recession, and admonished Ife indigenes to shun any act that capable of breaching the peace of the community.
Adedoyin urged Ife youths to embrace peace, live in peace with one another irrespective of tribe, religion and race.
