Following the announcement of the Minister of Education, Professor Adamu Adamu, lifting ban on the conduct of post University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), The Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife will conduct her examination in September.
Many universities are yet to announced any official date, but applicants have started the registration for post UTME screening for 2017/2018 session.
IFE CITY NEWS authoritatively gathered that OAU will commence sales of form for the post UTME screening any moment and examination will be conducted in September.
A staff of the university incharge of UTME, Mr. A. Olorunfemi in conversation with our reporter confirmed that said the university post utme screening will be conducted unfailingly in September.
He urged applicants to be a regular visitor of the university website.
It would be recalled that IFE CITY NEWS reported the story of how the university staffs and students condemned the minimum score of 120 declared by JAMB registrar as a rape to education.
