A 25- year- old Sales Boy, Akinbohun Gbenga has been arraigned before an Osun State Magistrate Court II sitting in Ile Ife for allegedly damaging the property of Mr Adewale Ademeji valued at N200,000.
The police prosecutor, Sergeant Sunday Osanyetuyi told the court that the accused person forcefully entered into the land of the complainant and damaged his property.
He stated further that the accused person committed an offence contrary to section 410 and punishable under section 390(9) of the criminal code cap 34 vol. II laws of Osun State 2003.
When the five count charges were read to the accused person, he pleaded not guilty.
The counsel to the accused, Mr Ola Ibrahim applied for the bail and assured the court that he will always produce him in court as guardian.
In his ruling, Magistrate Olamilekan Ijiyode granted the accused bail of N200,000 with one surety within the jurisdiction with two passport photograph each from the accused and the surety.
He however adjourned the case to September 12, 2017 for mentioning.
