Thousands of sympathisers and family member on Saturday thronged the ancient city of Ile Ife to pay the last respect for the late Prince Olasupo Ademiluyi from the lion of Okero Royal house.
Ademiluyi died on Sunday 5th April, 2017 at 68. He was yesterday buried in his family compound in Ile Ife.
Ife City News reporter who covered the burial reported that the late prince sympathizers could not hold back tears as he was lowered into the grave.
Pastors from various part of the state assisted by the General- Overseer of Cathedral church, Ile Ife, Pastor Johnson Okero performed the burial rites in a Christian way
Okero in a brief funeral speech, said only God had the right to give or take life as no human had that right.
He said Prince Ademiluyi’s death should not be ascribed to the making or wishes of any man, saying it was his time to go back to his creator.
